I don’t know why but this is running through my head
I think there was some sort of saying about the color of your wedding dress having something to do with your future life. I think one of the lines was
Married in black, you’ll wish yourself back
And here are the other ones I thought of but I don’t think have any relevance to actual events. Brides, don’t read the following…
Married in red, you’ll wish yourself dead
Married in white, you’ll die of fright
Married in blue, the bridesmaids won’t envy you
I did have a few more but… I think that is QUITE and MORE THAN enough. And oh dear, I have red, white and blue!!! I hope this won’t discourage anybody from having a patriotic wedding… I am almost on the point of not posting this but since I am immediately going to write another post, I think I will. It may amuse some pessimists.
