I have just gotten three very interesting emails
One was spam which said something like
Thanks so very much for taking your time to create this very useful and informative site. I have learned a lot from your site. Thanks!! I think you have done an excellent job with your site. I will return in the near future.
but had a URL to an online casino (I did not go there so I don’t know for sure). I was about to be complemented and reply when I couldn’t help wondering that the word “funny” was not in the description of the website, and that the word “useful” was…
The other was from Daniel and pretty much just said that a girl he knew would like to talk to me about sewing something.
The third email of importance was from the girl herself. And I think I’m going to have to brush up my sewing skills because although I told her that I was not skilled enough to make something for her she could actually wear, eventually I would like to be that skilled. It is remarkable what one can do with a sewing machine. Some people can make expensive looking and feeling clothing, other people can make things that you look at and go “huh?” and they themselves look at and think, “this doesn’t look like the picture on the pattern envelope cover”. And some people, like me, can make things very quickly that look nice, but aren’t. In other words, a bit sloppy. I am not extremely skilled in sewing, I don’t finish seams properly and most persons who have finished a home economics class can probably sew a whole lot better than me. But I doubt they have advanced to the point of designing their own costumes, inventing patterns and new techniques, that I have almost managed to get to. At any-rate, I can sew quite well for me. I even just made a trip into the exciting world of Doll Clothes making. I made a lavender colored evening dress for Barbie. It actually looks very nice which considering previous attempts into the world of doll clothes making is very encouraging.
