Creating a new Language

My current project(one of them at least) is creating a new language. It’s a fascinating undertaking. I’ve written a list of the most common used words(at least the ones I’ll be using the most) and now I’m busy translating. It does resemble English a bit, possibly more than Old English. I still have to figure out the grammar etc. Words first though. The grammar will probably be much, much simpler than our English. Like the adjectives will ALWAYS come right before the word they modify and there will be no such thing as “diagraming”. Probably there won’t be as many types of words either. Nouns, adjectives and probably Verbs but I’m not certain that there will be adverbs, pronouns, and the rest. Though there probably will be “A”, “the”, and “and”. When I have more of the language written I’ll probably post some of it on here. I suppose I could post some now “Nogish Gregat Dag Alet”. Which roughly translated to English means “A noisy green dragon to the left”. You see how much shorter and concise my language is than English. Sometime I will invent a name for this language.
