I did not buy a wedding dress yesterday

I went to the Thrift Store yesterday and they had a BEAUTIFUL white satin wedding dress that was just gorgeous… However it was fifty dollars so I didn’t buy it. Instead I spent five dollars and a very victorian looking plum colored evening gown. It appeared to be brand new and still had the tag on, though with the price part cut out. I also got a few other items of great interest and managed to keep my total down below a twenty dollar bill. Which considering what I got was quite impressive. In total I got a Jessica McClintock evening gown, a lovely pale lavender two piece outfit with beading that was made in India fits me perfectly and will be perfect to wear to church, a pair of capris with embroidery on them, a black leather belt, a dark purple long sleeved dress, a light jacket with beading, and a black shirt with white embroidery. So I had a good trip!

It was kind of interesting because when we set out, I was sure we were going to thrift store. But then it appeared as though we weren’t, and then we were, and then we weren’t and then were… You see were going to a business place with Dad which was in the vicinity of the Thrift store and then I found out he had other errands and then Mom didn’t want to get stuck in the traffic… It was a very interesting experience and I was REALLY glad when we finally made it to the thrift store.

And you know, Mom was planning on going to the thrift store next week and we still might go and then, since they mark things down in price each Tuesday, there is a chance that the wedding dress will be Twenty-five dollars instead of Fifty dollars and then I will probably get it, if it fits me… Of course it might not still be there though but… At anyrate I think this is a sufficient post for the moment as I have just remembered that I haven’t eat breakfast yet and as it is now twelve thirty I had better go downstairs and eat it before it is lunch time!
