On Friday an extremely important event occurred which happened in close proximity to going shopping so I didn’t have time to write about it and apparently I haven’t gotten around to writing a post since so I have a bit of news to tell.

The important even that occurred on Friday was the acquisition of a new sword for my collection. It was a present. The sword is really neat, and sharp. Though most of my swords are not “menancing weapons” this one is, and the machete my brother John gave me could also classify as such. So I will have to be a bit careful of my sword collection. The sword is very realistic, in my opinion, and the scabbard is quite neat.

Also, I don’t know if you remember it, but earlier we were planning on going to the Dollmarket in celebration of my mother’s birthday. This plan has been resurrected and we may end up going there this weekend. It will probably be fun:) Though it has a high probability of being a disaster for my bank account, especially when paired with going to a very large fabric store on the way back.

Today I directed camera at the evening service at church. I did not do a very good job but… It was probably more interesting than just a wide shot being on all evening. Andrew ran camera and did a very good job.

And speaking of Andrew, I rode in his Porsche again today, twice. On the way to Salsa’s and then from there to home. It was a little less exciting than the previous time I rode with him since it wasn’t raining. However Andrew did liven things up by pretending he was a rally car driver as he went down our gravel driveway. A good deal of gravel was kicked up by his tires and I said, “Andrew” very hurriedly several times as he drove. But I had fun.

A great many other things have happened between this post and the last but as it is late and as I am tired I am going to end this post now. Tomorrow should be an interesting day… I may actually go to Mordor, I mean I’ll probably work in the shop tomorrow and earn some more money to spend. I still have $36.00 dollars in cash but at the Dollmarket that won’t go very far… Besides, I may be going to Walmart this week and that typically can subtract from my finances. So I will end this post now.
