Merry Christmas!

My brother John and his wife Erin are definitely excellent buyers of Christmas Gifts. From them I got a Master Replicas light saber that glows and makes light saber noises when you move it around and “extends” and “descends”. It’s REALLY neat! You can see it in the above picture. It was also very much of a surprise.
Speaking of surprises my brother Andrew got me a travel light that clips onto a book and Mom got me a little jingle bell necklace and my Aunt Glenda sent me a check for me to buy a “prom” party dress with. And I got a very fun little toy, an Idog which moves it’s heads and flashes lights and can be used as a speaker and is oh so cute and can tell when you pet him. I like pets with an on/off switch.
I also enjoyed opening the presents I already knew about, the new doll and three outfits, and the DVD’s. It was also very pleasant finding out what Kermit the Frog had given me, a new gold colored belt! And one that fits too!
In other news… Today I “finished” or to me specific, I declared “finished” a twenty-four page story that I started five days ago. That was a pretty impressive achievement for me to work consistently on something for five days! Not to mention actually completing it!
I’ve had a very enjoyable day but it’s important to remember that presents and having fun is not what Christmas is really about, Christmas is about Jesus Christ and how he came into this world to save it and how he died on the cross for the sins of the world and how he’s coming back to this earth someday, So I will close this post with “Merry Christmas”!
