Houses and bad habbits.

Once again it is after 11:00 PM and I realize that I have forgotten to make a post. So I shall begin…
I went to Homearama(I think that is how you spell it) with my parents and my brother Daniel(The one that has a birthday in June and gets mentioned on my website all of the time.) And we looked at eight million to multimillion dollar homes. And there were some beautiful houses!!! Some of them had crystal chandeliers and all of them had MOVIE THEATERS!!! Oh it was so nice in some of them. There are six people and two dogs and only one couch with reclining seats so there is a lot of competition for them when we watch a DVD/video. But in some of the movie theaters there were Huge plasma screens and in one of them there were six recliner seats! It was two rows of comfortable reclining chairs. Two rows of three wiith one row higher than the other. It was really nice! The only problem would have been who was to get up so that Buckie and Suzie(The Greater Swiss Mountain Recliner Hogging Dogs Who Will Actually Stare At You Until You Get Up dogs.(Actually they are Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs. But they will stare at you until you get up and let them have the couch.)) I suppose my family would need a two rows of four recliners…
Any way the walk in closets where beautiful to! They were very roomy though my clothes and stuff probably would have filled most of them.
One of the houses was a beautiful “Castlely” style. It was just gorgeous from the Grand piano to the crystal chandelier to the movie theater where I watched part of a really funny movie and I can’t wait till we get the DVD and I really enjoyed that house. I also enjoyed the movie theater where Star Wars episode one was playing although Mom wouldn’t let us stay until the end of the pod race even though we had come in at the beginning of the pod-race.
Anyway the houses were beautiful and I did enjoy myself though I was very ready to go by the time we got to the sixth house and I was really glad to reach the car. After all, I was carrying about every single free brochure and item that was being handed out. When you purchased your ticket you got a shopping bag that had some pamphlets/ brochures about the houses. After that you could pick up the brochures from the tables that where always outside the houses and advertised everything from windows to sinks, from closets to suround sound systems, and I even got a free CD from a company that was advertising aquariums! I have no idea what is on it but it was free so…
I am not good at passing up free stuff that might(or might not) be useful sometime.

A logic puzzle. Have some paper and something to write on handy. You will need it…

Three boys and a girl are lined up. Their names are Daniel, John, Andrew, and Elizabeth. They are asked to tell who is the oldest. With great logic they tell several perfectly true facts about their age relationship.
Andrew: John is my youngest brother and I will be seventeen tomorrow.
John: Daniel is older than I am and I was 12 on the 20th of March.
Daniel: Elizabeth is my oldest sister and it will soon be thirty years since I was born since I have a birthday in June.
Elizabeth: Andrew is my youngest brother and I will start my 16th journey around the sun on September the 26th.

Okay, Let’s see how well you paid attention. Write down on a piece of paper how old each person was on the day this post was written. Then write down who is the oldest and continue reading this for the ages of me and my siblings.

Hmm…

It seems as if I always remember that I forgot to post something when it it is late at night and I should have been in bed several hours ago and I finally type something in so that whoever reads this will know that I haven’t been kidnapped by aliens and sent to mars or that I am not ill with SARS whatever disease that is and that they may also know that I am trying to write a super long run-on sentence and succeeding beautifully. At least I think I did. I really need to stop using my computer and go to sleep now…
Also I had two very good friends of mine come over Monday and I had a really fun time being with them. They said that they would look at my website so I hope that they will know that I am thinking about them and that I would have written a post earlier only I have been very busy. The shop is now the shop and I have been working very hard out there. And I don’t really like it now that I am doing other work than with the fun drill. Oh well. That is about all of the news here.

Cats

Since my website is mainly written for the enjoyment of the people looking at it, and as somebody who reads my website likes cats, I shall devote this post to cat’s and try not to have to many long sentences. Unlike some people(The people who have bumper stickers that say, “I like cats, they taste like chicken“) I like cats because they are soft, cuddly, pretty looking felines(Except when the are mad, wet, hairballs who scratch). Cats are generally associated with catching mice, purring, and cat naps. They also are known for being chased by dogs. I do not have a live cat but I do have a couple of stuffed cats(Who never were alive(to my knowledge)) I also have a fun computer program where you can have a cat, feed it, brush it, play with it, put it in a room with fifty squirt bottles and hear it howl(I only did that twice(Or maybe more), and when I really needed the emotional boost.) Cats are fun, I have spent an hour playing with a delightful de-clawed cat. I had a piece of ribbon and was moving it around and watching the cat play. I think that cats are nice.

P.S.(Meaning, Please S. or Please Suggest something that S could stand for) My brother Daniel said that my website didn’t have enough italics on it. So I put some on it this post and I hope that everyone who reads this will be at least slight amused. And yes, Itallics are bothersome because you have to select the word and hit Command I. Or maybe that isn’t so hard. It might be better than parenthesis(I really like parenthesis(They can clarify things very nicely(My Mom says that they can beconfusing at times(But I think they are great(And speaking of parenthesis my brother(Andrew this time (Finally, he got mentioned on my wbesite)) says that he tries to limit his to only two layers (But I think that parenthesis can go on and on(or maybe they should stop eventually (But no, Down with commas: Up with Parenthesis (I think that this is really rambling now (I like rambling, my brother Daniel(He gets mentioned a lot, doesn’t he?) says that I have a very rambling website (I wonder what other people would say about it?(Yay I made it to my goal of having ten parenthesis in a row (I think it is getting to be rather late in the evening when I make up such silly goals.(Yikes I have thirteen parenthesis in a row (I had better make one more for good luck ))))))))))))))
That was fun!

The Shop is no longer Mordor.

I think I will save that name for my language book…. Anyway(it seems as if I use that word often, perhaps I should use some variety.) However(That doesn’t sound good, perhaps I should just go on with my sentence) Out in the shop, I work(unlike what I do elsewhere(I also use a lot of parenthesis.)) and I named it Mordor a bit ago because I didn’t like working there and it seemed appropriate. It was hot, noisy… unpleasant and so forth(I can’t think of any more adjectives(At least I am not identifying every word in the sentence(I do not like doing that))) But now(in what used to be known as Mordor) there is an air-conditioner of— Doom(?) (Doom multiplied by ? =… I am beginning to think algebraically.) It is no longer hot and bothersome out there and I actually enjoy being out there! That is because of the new drill. It goes very fast, and it is grey, so Shadowfax is the ideal name for it. Shadowfax is so much nicer than the Oliphants(I mean heavy, annoying Dewalt drills) I was using. And since Shadowfax wouldn’t want to be in Mordor I have decided to rename the shop Rohan. After-all it does have some strong, tall men working out there(My Dad and Brothers(not Daniel although he is tall he doesn’t work there anymore.)) And a lovely young women who’s name starts with an E(Maybe that is going a bit to far, there isn’t much similarity between Eowyn and Elizabeth(me)) And if you haven’t read the lord of the rings you probably don’t understand most of this so I will explain,

Mordor: The dark Lord’s land. A very evil place full of orcs and monsters. You don’t want to go here.
Rohan: A land is rather nice(Though I would prefer Rivendell, Gondor, and Lothlorian)
Shadowfax: Gandolf’s horse, he is the fastest horse in Middle earth and can go for days at top speed(with short breaks.)
Eowyn: Eowyn is the niece of King Theoden when she is first mentioned, Then she moves on the being the sister of King Eomir, who becomes King after his Uncle dies, and at the last she marries Farimir and she is the only character in the book to have her proposal written out. It all most made up for the fact that Arwen doesn’t get a single line of dialog until the last book and near the end of that.
Oliphant: An oliphant is the predecessor of the Elephant. They are big, heavy(you don’t want on the step on you. Or even fall on you, read Ouch and you will know what I mean when I say that I still have a bruise on my foot.) And this is not a paid advertising for the frequent mention of Dewalt Drills.

And yes, this is a lot of words to say that I like the new drill. It sounds like a race car.

Oops…

I was looking at my recent entries and I saw that I hadn’t made a post in(x - 11 + 21 + 18 - 13 -7- x + 0 = x…. x=8… I think I am beginning to think Algebraically, all of that to figure out how many days it was since I posted about the patio furniture on the 13th. And I do confess to adding a few numbers to that.)
My brother Daniel says that when you don’t post for a while you shouldn’t mention it because you don’t want people to notice. But I think they would notice and if they didn’t I would like them to.
Hmm, I think I get a bit illogical when it gets to late hours after a long day. Oh well, years from now I might find this to be interesting.

The Sonic

Another interesting thing I did today was eat at the Sonic. It was very fun. My Mom and I drove up to a parking place, decided what we wanted to order, pressed a button and placed our order. A few minutes later, out came somebody on roller skates and handed us our food. It was really fun!!! Hopefully we will go back sometime.

Something…

Oh for a muse of Fire, to ascend the Brightest Heaven of Invention. A kingdom for a Stage, prince’s to drive, and monarchs to behold the splendid scenery… Sorry Shakespeare… Anyway I have rediscovered Coldstone(Unlike my brother Daniel I don’t have links to other websites. Oh well) Coldstone is a program that makes programs. You can make maps that characters walk around in and you can do a lot of things with it. My Brother Daniel got the program/tool for me for christmas and after making some stuff in it I took a break from make something. Now I am back and in the process of making “Castle Rescue” which I typed in because I couldn’t think of anything more appropriate at the moment. Continue reading for my very interesting(?) notes on the game, and yes, my name is Elizabeth and my fathers first name is Eric and Daniel and John’s house is called “Moose Lake” though there is neither a moose or a lake in the vicinity.

Patio Furniture!!!

I am very dangerous to take on a shopping trip… My Dad needed some tools so we(Dad, Mom, and me) went to Home Depot and while my Dad went in my Mom and I tried out patio furniture. I have been doing Algiberish(It is beggining to get into algebra, where you actually get to find out what X is instead of just being confused by 3x + 9x sqaured - x to the 4rth multiplied by 3.(Not an actual problem like Buzz lighter was not a flying toy.)) It is fun finding out what x is. I don’t remember an actual problem(it has been an hour since I did it:) but it is interesting. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE PATIO FURNITURE!!! Somebody just said that I think so I will continue. I have been doing Algebra and I do it inside the house while the call of the outdoors(Or the call of Eowyn, my laptop. But the call of the outdoors sounds better:) is very strong. Any way we were trying out patio furniture and my Mom had a great idea, do

I am no longer waiting for my Mom to get off the phone so I shall merely say that we got a table, four chairs, one of those big umbrellas, four chair covers, and it all looks very nice and as my Mom planned, I have been doing Algebra outside. And I actually find it to be enjoyable!!!

News…

A lot of things have been happening lately. Monday evening, completely unexpected(to me, at any rate) a friend of mine and her mother came driving up to my house, needless to say my room was messy… But she said it was cleaner than hers. But it was very nice as I hadn’t seen that friend in a while. Bryn Nabb is her name in case she ever does a google search on it:) And Bryn, when you do look at my website search for Google and you will see what that last remark was about. We had a very fun time together. We looked at my jewelry, my evening dress collection, my sword collection… And then it was time for dress up. Despite the fact that we are both in our teens we still enjoy dressing up and having adventures, though of a much different kind than the type we used to go on. Now we are either beautiful princesses waiting for the handsome prince(or knight, or both) to rescue us from… something or the lady in waiting to a barons daughter named Lobelia(Guess what we’ve been reading!) and a young lady who’s sword skills are great, as well as her beauty(Guess which one I am, the most recent mentioned:) She had to leave before the two knights(also Prince’s, or one was a prince and his brother was the king, but that wasn’t known because they were trying to regain there kingdom from the hand of the evil lord of… Wronge) proposed but we both knew that after many adventures they would have done it and that we would have lived happily ever after… Until the sequel:). I hope you have enjoyed reading this… Perhaps I should write the story that we acted out, and put a picture of one of my five swords on my website. I have some really nice swords, Three are longer swords, one short sword, and a dagger that matches my favorite sword. It looks really impressive when I pull it out of it’s sheath, Unfortunately since it is long I have trouble putting it back in again… In one swift move that is. And since this post is long enough I shall stop writing and post it.
